We currently have an immediate position working for a primary school in Chengdu city, Sichuan province.

The school is located within the downtown area and is surrounded by many amenities, western facilities & shops, and there is a number of other expats living in the area.

Position details & Benefits.

– A monthly salary of 6,000 – 7,000 RMB (after tax) each month. Salary increases based on good performance.
– Free private fully furnished apartment.
– Free Chinese classes provided.
– Accident insurance provided
– 5,000 RMB airfare reimbursement upon completion of a 1 year contract.
– Teaching students aged 6-12 years old.
– Between 10 – 40 students per class.
– No more than 25 classes per week, Monday to Friday. (each class is 45 minutes)
– Training is provided for new teachers.

Position Requirements

– Native speaker from the UK, USA, AUS, NZ, CAN, IRE or SA
– Minimum of BA degree (required for the working permit)
– TEFL preferred but not essential.
– Aged between 22 – 55 years old (As per the governments request)
– Can commit to 6 / 12 months.
