SinaLingua is a Cross Cultural Training and Consulting Company with offices in Germany and China. We are currently looking for a
Senior Facilitator for Cross-Cultural Program in Shanghai, China
During the course of globalization, the city of Shanghai introduces “Cross-Cultural Awareness” as a lesson in the class curriculum for 4th grade school children. The goal is to show students the cultural diversity on the globe, as well as general multicultural attitudes- non-discrimination, open mindedness and self-awareness.
Your tasks:
– Continue to improve our already tested materials on Cross-Cultural Teaching
– Conducting the lessons in selected Shanghai schools
– Recruitment and training of further teachers
– Promoting the lesson idea to other schools in China

Your profile:
– Fluent in English, good knowledge of Chinese
– Strong experience in working with 8-12 year old children, preferably in Asia
– An outgoing and friendly personality
– Interest in Cross-Cultural topics
– Ability to start in May 2013
