We are a fully authorised education consulting company located in Jiangsu province, China and we work with a large network of all types of reputable schools including kindergartens, training schools, primary, middle and high schools, universities, adult training schools, national and international training schools too.
Right now we are helping dozens of teachers each year find a teaching position in China completely free of charge to them. Schools urgently require teachers so all fees are covered. Throughout the process we ensure teachers liaison with schools directly and provide constant support not just through the application process but throughout your whole placement.
Whilst there are many reputable organisations that exist and you’d do well working with them too, the unfortunate truth is that there are also many that just want to make a quick buck or two and will willingly stick you in a school which is neither licensed nor reputable. Many will ‘skim’ your salary so although schools are offering you more, the agency will tell you less and pocket the difference as they negotiate aggressive contracts with the school.
We are different.
YOUR JOB IS WITH YOUR SCHOOL DIRECTLY. We simply introduce you to schools that we know can help you have a risk free time during your time in China. We believe that quality is better than quantity and only partner with schools if they meet our strict procedures in working with them. They must be SAFEA regulated, provide a secure contract and working environment and also have / had hired previous foreign teachers.
All the positions available offer the minimum benefits of:
A competitive monthly salary
Free fully furnished accommodation / housing allowance (depending which is most suitable for you).
Between 16-25 teaching hours per week (most schools require NO office hours)
Flight reimbursement upon completion
Medical insurance / medical allowance
All teaching materials and in-class assistants are provided
All legal working visa documents provided before arrival
