Plan and implement the school’s English Structured Lesson. This includes lesson plan, reflection, and monthly review2. Perform English area activities/small group English activities. Monitor and observe childrens English language development.3. Greet parents and children upon arrival at the Kindergartens main entrance.4. Participate in all school-related marketing and other special events. Suggest multi-cultural activities for children and their families.5. Be responsible for enhancing the Kindergartens English environment.6. Establish harmonious relationship with all the Kindergarten staff. For example, have lunch in the Kindergarten and join yearly outing.7. Provide mentoring for the new English Foreign teacher.Requirements and Qualifications:1. Native English Speaker2. Bachelor degree. Major in education, art or language is preferred3. At least 1 year teaching experience with 2-6 year old children4.
