Purchaser Executive
• Evaluates and selects suppliers in terms of quality, service, cost and capability (i.e. total cost of ownership);
• Responsible for preparing, negotiating, managing and coordinating agreements with suppliers and supporting the procurement of various materials and/or services;
• Resolves quality, service, supply and invoicing issues with suppliers;
• Oversees the compliance of the terms and conditions of the contracts by the suppliers, preparing suppliers’ performance reviews as well as dealing with day-to-day operational issues;
• Drives continuous improvement in the sales and develop effective relationships with customers, suppliers, internal business units and other functions;
• Manage all third party logistics activities including transportation, distribution, customs clearance and warehousing to ensure timely and quality services at lowest possible total cost;
• Administer country Import/Export compliance to ensure all Import/Export activities are conducted in accordance with the local and international regulations including conducting regular trainings and supports to business units/suppliers;
• To co-ordinate warehouse activities such as distributions and receipts of cargos;
• Preparation of periodic reports/metrics for management review; and
• Support sourcing, logistics and other ad-hoc activities as assigned by the management and any other work assignments as may be necessary or required for the above duties.
Requirements
• Degree/ Diploma with minimum 2 years’ experience in similar area
• Good analyticaland communication skills
• Independent, self-driven, organized personality and keen eye for details
• Effective bartering and negotiation skills
• Strong ability to work under pressure and tight timeframe
• Good command of both English and Mandarin

1.负责协助上级领导及总经办代理产品工作;
2.协助建立完善代理流程;3.搜集、分析、汇总及考察评估供应商信息;
4.编制单项材料采购计划并实施采购;
5.签订和送审小额采购合同;
6.协助采购经理处理日常进出口业务,完成采购订单制做,确认、安排发货及跟踪到货日期;
7.做货物入库相关单据,积极配合库房保质保量完成采购货物的入库;
8.编制单项采购活动的分析总结报告;
9.完成上级交办的其他工作。
