Job description:
We’re recruiting an HR Manager to live and work (for a client) in China. This professional will implement all of the HR procedures and manage the human resources of the organisation in a strategic perspective.
Profile:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (or similar);
– MBA or Specialization in the same field (preferential);
– Experience in similar functions for 5 years or more (decisive);
– Experience in medium/large multinational companies;
– Experience in the international market;
– Informatics knowledge in the user’s perspective;
– Knowledge of the HR software;
– Knowledge of the Labour Legislation;
– Good written and oral English & Chinese skills;
– Excellent work skills.
