Konaxis Group (over 50 people in Shanghai) is looking for a market developer in sales department who will responsible for developing the potential client in Middle East market.

Responsibilities:

– Find clients in Middle East market by way of email, telephone or in-person meeting.
– Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
– Identify and resolve client concerns.
– Cooperate with our Chinese buyers sourcing to meet the demands of our customers
– Negotiate the terms of contracts with customers
– Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
– Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

– Arabic native speaker
– Fluent English, both spoken and written.
– Living in Shanghai
– At least one year’s B2B experience, better having experience of sourcing from China.
– Knowledge of LED products is a plus
– You have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You are able to develop and deliver presentations.
– You are a good negotiator. You are able to persuade and influence others. You know how to close a deal.
– You have strong motivation.
– You are persistent. You have high-level stress resistance. You are rigorous in monitoring projects.

Remuneration: negotiable basic salary + commission

The interns will be looking for international buyers for our company products ‘cufflinks’.

We hope that the new interns will use different creative methods
to find buyers from all over the world. We are looking for people from:

– Germany, France, U.S, Australia, U.K, Italy, Russia, Spain, Scandinavian
countries and Japan.
– You should be fluent in English.
– Knowing mandarin is not
compulsory but it would be a bonus.
– We require the new interns to have obtained or obtaining a degree/degree equivalent.

Any disciplines are welcome, but we are particulary looking for people who are studying or studied business or jewellery related subjects.

Salary and accommodation: Lunch/dinner are provided and free housing near the office. The salary starts from 150 USD and it
would increase up to 350 USD plus bonus according to time and performance.

Requirements:

– Highly motivated candidate with strong personality and winning attitude who don’t give up after failure.
– Business English is a must, Native English is preferred + a second language is a plus
– Good sales and learning potential
– College degree or above with Sales & Marketing background
– Willing to work under pressure.
