Art Director

THE ROLE:

Reporting to Head of Marketing
The Creative Director will quality Creative solutions. He/She will also develop innovative, cost-effective concepts, branding and design solutions.
Direct the brand and design initiatives
Develop creative strategies for marketing and corporate initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor Degree in Design or related
Extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary creative processes
Significant proven experience in a similar role in Asia-Pac
Drive and passion for delivering quality projects on time and on budget
7yrs + experience
3yrs+ in senior management role
Experience in broadcast media will be an advantage
Appropriate qualifications
Excellent communication skills appropriate for the international marketplace
Fluent English, Cantonese & Mandarin

Secondary duties are to Perform in-flight duties to ensure the successful completion of combat, reconnaissance, transport, and search and rescue missions. Duties include operating aircraft communications and detection equipment, including establishing satellite linkages and jamming enemy communications capabilities; conducting pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight inspections of onboard equipment; operating and maintaining aircraft weapons and defensive systems; operating and maintaining aircraft in-flight refueling systems; executing aircraft safety and emergency procedures; computing and verifying passenger, cargo, fuel, and emergency and special equipment weight and balance data; and conducting cargo and personnel drops.

Note:Interested Applicant must have an International Passport and willing to Shoulder Part of the Processing fees to the UK.

Hotel butlers perform the functions of a regular butler as they relate to dealing with the guests. Specifically they contact guests before arrival to determine their wishes and ensure everything they like and want to do is arranged before their arrival. Butlers personally greet the guests on arrival, take care of their needs and introduce them to the facility if they are not familar with them. They ensure the suites are ready, the amenities presented, they can unpack their suitcases, iron or clean , mend anything needed. They then provide whatever room service needs the guest may have, from making reservations, purchasing items, bringing and serving food ensuite or in any club room. The butler can provide morning wake up drinks, lay out clothes, draw a fresh bath, and keep their guests moving smoothly from one engagement to another. When the time comes to leave, the butler packs the suitcases and ensures a smooth departure. Having developed a close relationship with the guests, he then stays in touch and ensures the guests return.

Job Purpose

Complete various commercial construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling the work; completing quality inspections; supervising trade contractors and company personnel; ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Skills/Qualifications

* Must have 2+ years experience as an Engineer or Project Manager or Superintendent in a commercial construction setting or in an Oil and Gas Company
* High School Diploma is required; College degree preferred, but not required.
* Must be willing to travel, to job locations in both London, Texas & Florida, occasionally for extended periods.
* Computer skills are required to maintain written communication with clients and co-workers; required to use MS Windows, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Project, and some Primavera Expedition.
