We are looking for a Student Administrator to work in our school, based in Liangmaqiao, for students studying their foundation year before going to study at Universities in the UK.

Job description:
1. Provide tutoring and consulting for students on their studies.
2. Work out a teaching plan for students, make clear the course design and learning requirements, and organise students’ social activities.
3. Attend some of the students’ classes to grasp the teaching process, teachers’ teaching effect and improve communication with the teachers.
4. Urge students to attend classes, do self study and finish their homework. Ensure the rate of class attendance.
5. Make amendments to our website, including regular news updates.
6. Finish other tasks assigned by superiors and obey the administration of the school.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or above with good health, pleasant appearance and personality. Good command of English language, esp. oral English. (Overseas education background preferred.)
2. Excellent Chinese and English writing skill and English translation skills. Familiarity with the writing requirements for application essays is preferred.
3. Willing to meet challenges, have some negotiation skills and the ability to deal with emergencies.
4. Have responsibility, work enthusiasm, professional dedication, conscientious and strong time sense.
5. Good at using modern office software. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit and work ethic.
6. Love education and training industry and aspire to a long-term development in this industry.
