Time: From Feb1st(Full time or at least 4 days a week)

Location: Beijing, China

Reed Exhibitions China is searching for a communicative and motivated Japanese speaking intern to execute Aluminium China’s phone pre-registration campaign and support the marketing team via online research and build up and update the event’s int’l visitor database.. Furthermore he/she will communication with potential promotional partners and visitors.

Requirements:
• Fluent Japanese speaking temp
• Strong communication skills: confident, focused and polite
• English skills and Telemarketing experience preferred
• Available for 2-4 months
• Able to learn basic technological terms and get an understanding of the industry

Responsibilities:

Telemarketing & Database:
1) Execute int’l visitor pre-registration campaign
2) CleanAluminium China int’l visitor database
3) Find aluminiumbuyer lists and build up database

Marketing support:
1) Communicate with associations, tour operaters and media from Japan

Payment for full time:3200 RMB per month
