Candidates must have the following knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies in order to be considered:
• Master of Architecture Degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in an architectural design office.
• Experience in all aspects of the architectural design from concept to construction administration.
• Proficient with Building Information Modeling Systems BIM and CAD Software
• Experience working with 3D Studio Max, SketchUP and Photoshop
• Proficient in presentation and production software programs.
• Familiar with the latest as well as developing technologies for building designs, materials and systems.
• Good communication skills and must be able to manage a project team of architects.
• Must be hard-working, has an acute sense of responsibility
• Previous work experience in China would be a plus
