A private investment company is seeking to expand its interests worldwide into resort projects in exotic locations.

The company is seeking suitable candidates, preferably with a background in high end investment banking and with access to high net worth clients.

The candidate will be required to garner investments of USD $1 million or more from clients for investment in the resorts and casinos being acquired or built.

In return the candidate will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package commensurate with the importance and prestige of the role. Candidates are preferably fluent in both Mandarin and English.

An Australian company is seeking sales consultants in Beijing and Shanghai to promote and sell land and other real estate investments.

Real estate agency experience and qualifications preferred. Other experience will be considered.

Initial remuneration is by way of generous commission on sales, with sliding scale fixed benefits applicable to successful candidates who can prove autonomous in their work.

The successful candidates should be disciplined to work independently and be able to demonstrate a track record in real estate and or a sales-related profession.
