We are seeking a Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our team.
Duties:
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling
• Identify qualified, prospective clients and develop loyal customer relationships via telephone within an assigned market
• Internet research, prospecting, probing, lead generation, cold calling and closing
• Clearly uncover the customer’s individual needs while accurately testing specific solutions for a strong match
• Effectively contact senior-level decision makers from VPs to C-level executives

Our client is a young and dynamic consulting company based in Shanghai. They are offering different services such as incorporating company, production consulting and trade.

They are looking for intern for business development and webmarketing

This internship is for duration 4 month.

If you apply, you need provide with a CV + picture + potential track record of previous experience.

Here are some skills they would like their intern gets:

– Good English spoken, written and read skills (Native English speaker such as USA, Australia, UK are preferred), another language such as Spanish, German, Italian or Dutch is also recommended

– Good knowledge of internet and computer software such as :
– Windows
– Office: Word, Excel
– E-mail: Thunderbird, Outlook
– Internet Browser: Internet Explorer, Firefox

Some skills such as knowing
– the basic of HTML coding and syntax

would be an advantage.

– Experienced in chasing customer
– Some working experience in a trading or consulting company

Main tasks:

– Identify, Call & prospect potential key clients and turn them into customers
– Organize prospect in database
– Follow up your clients portfolio and ensure them to use our services properly
– Maintain clients’ satisfaction, in collaboration with manager
– Deal with eventual client complains and make sure the appropriate corrective action will be implemented to avoid twice the same complain

– Manage Customer Service Coordinator (set up clear target per Key Client and assess performance) Respect and comply with company’s Rules & Policies -Reach the targets set up by the Sales Manager

– Business development: mainly through cold calling and webmarketing = identify, call & prospect potential clients and turn them into customers
– Input data in database according to manager requirement.
– Any other tasks assigned by manager regarding business purpose

Requirements:

– Highly motivated candidate with strong personality and winning attitude who don’t give up after failure.
– Business English is a must, Native English is preferred + a second language is a plus
– Good sales and learning potential
– College degree or above with Sales & Marketing background
– Willing to work under pressure.
– Target and result oriented
– Experience in B to B sales

Objectives:

Job Summary:
Develop corporate marketing strategy and plan with both short and long term goals that are measurable Contact, build and manage new B2B relationships/partnerships with external companies and organizations;
Negotiate with external service partners to create and offer B2C value-added programs;
Write effective communications to promote value-added opportunities and sales support programs;
Manage and track sales incentives, direct leads and other programs and produce corresponding marketing and sales reports, as needed;
Plan and coordinate various meetings, events, tradeshows, displays, conferences and promotional activities;
Provide research, analysis and reporting of various marketing programs, competitive activities and other initiatives;
Revise existing marketing and sales programs on a quarterly basis;
