ASAP 15000RMB kids training school ESL teacher in Suzhou

Kids training school in Suzhou city, looking for English teachers.

Native English speakers, Bachelor Degree, majored in language teaching, got TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate, at least 2 years teaching experience will be appreciated.

The Teacher shall be paid a basic monthly salary of RMB 15000 with 96 hours per month （Include the housing allowance 3000RMB Per Month ). Salary payment, after deductions for tax and any accommodation charges, will be paid into a bank account agreed by the Company on the first banking day on or before the 10th of the following month.
ADDITIONAL PAYMENT
The teacher shall receive 5000RMB for the end contract bonus, and shall receive 4200RMB for flight reimbursement.
The teacher shall receive 1,300 toward health insurance as per The General Directives 11.1
The teacher shall get 22 paid-holidays.

NB. Such payments and benefits described above are not due, and any payments already made will be forfeit, should the Teacher be in breach of this contract.

Job Description:
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
MAINTAIN A POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP WITH MANGERS, COWORKERS, STUDENTS, AND PARENTS.
MAKE DECORATIONS FOR THE CLASSROOM.
LESSON PLAN AND PREPARE ADDITIONAL TEACHING MATERIAL.
ATTEND SCHOOL-WIDE EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES.
COMPLY WITH SCHOOL RULES, REGULATIONS, AND POLICIES.
MAINTAIN A RICH, EDUCATIONAL, AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR STUDENTS ON SCHOOL CAMPUS.

ACADEMIC RESPONSIBILITIES
TEACH STUDENTS THE EAGLE CURRICULUM.
FOLLOW THE TEACHING SCHEDULE THAT IS GIVEN TO YOU.
PREPARE FOR LESSONS BEFORE TEACHING IN A CLASSROOM.
DISCIPLINE CHILDREN IN AN APPROPRIATE MANNER.
WHEN STUDENTS FALL BEHIND ACADEMICALLY, INFORM LIAISONS AND COME UP WITH SOLUTIONS.
FACILITATE SOCIAL INTERACTION AMONGST CHILDREN.
WHEN PARENTS RAISE CONCERNS REGARDING STUDENT’S PROGRESS, GIVE APPROPRIATE ATTENTION.

PROMOTIONS AND STUDENT RECRUITMENT
ACCEPT TRIAL STUDENTS INTO CLASSROOM ENVIRONMENT
WHEN NOT TEACHING, ASSIST THE MARKETING TEAM WITH TEACHING AND HOSTING PROMOTIONAL
AND DEMONSTRATION LESSONS BOTH IN AND OUT OF SCHOOL
COORDINATE AND PARTICIPATE IN EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES AT SCHOOL
