A chief designer is a position to take care of internal mechanical design technology audition, support and checking , coach designers on drawing skill and related technologies.

For this position, a previous experience in China in not mandatory.

Functions :

Design and design technology development
•Pre-project design
•Concept design
•Part drawing design
•Part drawing checking (dimension/quality requirements/parts list)

Project management technical support :
•Technical support to project manager
•Technical support to purchasing follow-up (purchasing list ,schedule, budget) tasks
•Technical support to installation supervisory
•Technical support to project cost control (on purchasing and production )

Sales technical support:
•pre-project design tasks appointed by Design Manager
•meeting with potential customers on technical topics

•Other tasks appointed by Design Manager

The jobholder is required to act sa the technical support for the Beijing representative office to enable the office to give technical advice and trouble shooting service on all aspect of welding processes and applications of the companies welding consumables to customers. the jobholder must be willing to travel accompanied or unaccompanied to visit customers to advise on procedures , demonstrations of the products
and trouble shooting etc.
The jobholder must have undertaken a recognised training as a qualified coded welder with the ability to weld using all the recognised processes MIG/TIG/MMA etc prefrabley on site and demonstate an in depth knowledge of welding including specifications,testing,inspection and materials. The jobholder must have good spoken and written Mandarin and English

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Game Designer to join our international team in Beijing, China. You will be responsible for managing the design of all game systems and features from pre-production to live release in our award-winning flagship title Uberstrike.

We expect you to have prior experience in game design and most importantly be addicted to building something amazing for our players!

Requirements:

Create innovative & fun game features that are designed to improve customer acquisition, engagement and monetization.
Working with the engineering and art teams to effectively implement new features and systems
Live and breath the game system, economics and mechanics, constantly tweaking and tuning them to optimize gameplay and the item economy
Providing clear feature documentation, wireframes and prototypes
Analyzing realtime data and player feedback to continually optimize the game experience
Assist in writing of game editorial content, including fiction, descriptions and tutorials
You have at least 2 years experience and have shipped a title in the game designer role
Enjoy working in a team, educating and mentoring others in game design processes
Excellent written and verbal communications skills

The role requires you to be organized, communicate effectively and get everyone working together. You should be keen to pick up new knowledge, skills and techniques and have the ability to apply them. As collaboration is essential, you must have excellent written and oral English to effectively share ideas, concepts and processes with the rest of the team. • Draw up applied specifications, technical translations between English and Chinese.
• Communicate and coordinate technical issues with suppliers, to and from the West-European headquarters.
• Check and follow up on product specifications, quality, CE regulations and purchasing process.
• Coordinate shipment of goods (products and spare parts) from China to Western Europe.
