Company Profile: This is a leading IT services company with Global Delivery Centres, head office is in Beijing , as well as offices abroad, working with the world’s best technology companies involved in end-to-end ITO and BPO services, financial services, pharmaceutical, telecom, etc.

We now looking for a Mandarin speaking Office manager to manage our office in Seattle USA. You will be responsible for administration management of over 150 people.
Job title: Branch Manager
Job description:
1. Setting up business and development management information platform based on local business culture.
2. Administration management for branch offices in USA
3. Human resource, administration, and general finance management.
4. Manage Staff recruitment, selection, performance evaluation, training etc…
5. Regularly monitor key metrics such as turnover, intermittent absence, etc. and take proactive steps to address problem areas.
6. Keep good communication with head office in Beijing. Support all international affairs and issues under instruction of head office in Beijing.
7. Submit monthly activity reports on a timely basis.
8. Making sure the office runs smoothly

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in overseas institutions with Human Resource Management OR Admin Management or MBA other related subject.
2. Demonstrated communication skills including clear and concise verbal and written business communication in both Chinese and English.
3. 8 years of above working experience
4. At least 5 years working experiences in human resource management OR finance business law is required.
5. In-depth knowledge of applicable state, local and federal employment laws.
6. Has passionate attitude for team work and technology as an enabler for a company’s growth.

Starting date: September 2011 (negotiable)
Duration: Long Term Contract

Job description:
