Sichuan Zisu Garden Landscape Construction Co., Ltd. was established in 2011. It’s a national certified enterprise with a Grade 3 qualification in garden landscape designing and a registration capital of RMB2,000,000 Yuan. The Company covers a wide range of business scope such as designs, construction and consultation of ornamental plants, bridges, pavilions, rockery, sculpture, etc., for private residences including luxurious villas. Equipped with a group of professional and outstanding staff in designing and construction, the Company has been establishing a good name among its clients and in the industry for its first class service and performance.
Specific working conditions are as the following:
1. Salary: Basic salary RMB4000 above, plus competitive bonus according to tasks completed;
2. Working time: no more than 40 hours per week;
3. Working object: assist the design group to design and construct designated garden construction projects, and follow up after-sales service;
4. Welfare: Free furnished apartment; Two weeks paid holiday; Job training;
Requirements:
1. English language ability a must, but not necessarily an English native speaker; Chinese language ability preferred;
2. Bachelor degree preferred;
3. Industrial experience preferred;
4. Good health condition, outgoing and passionate for garden landscape designs.

The business is undergoing a rapid expansion which will see the business enter 72 new cities across china in the next 30 months. As part of this Saongroup.com is now seeking to appoint a Regional Managing Director to drive all aspects of the business across a number of cities in China.

This is an extremely exciting and challenging role in one of China’s fastest growing and most successful on-line companies.

Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and direction for regional business operations
• Maintain full P&L responsibility for the company, and achieve or surpass sales and financial targets.
• Develop a strategic plan to grow the business in collaboration with the senior management team
• Establish performance goals which are aggressive, real and tied to overall company strategy and goals.
• Monitor departmental performance against performance goals to ensure that progress is being made and corrective action, if necessary, is taken.
• Manage a team of Regional Sales Directors.
• Represent the company in establishing and continuously growing relationships with business partners, customers and vendors.
• Attract, develop, motivate and retain staff, deploy them in an effective manner, and ensure effective succession planning is in place.

Person specification:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an executive level leadership role, preferably encompassing call centre, start up and/or online sales industry experience.
• BS or BA in Business Management, MBA and/or other certification a significant plus.
• Experience in online recruitment, media or recruitment industries a distinct advantage.
• A strong track record in a senior management role in a high growth organisation and industry.
• Client focused, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and profits, and in building and developing teams of highly performing sales professionals.
• Track record of improving the profitability and value of a firm or business unit in a senior leadership position, with demonstration of expertise in industry concepts, practices and procedures.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to work on his/her own initiative.
• Demonstrated experience in building large teams and growing companies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong ability to work in high-pressure situations, and excellent business acumen.

Fluency in Mandarin and affinity with the market in China is an advantage, but not essential.

This position reports directly to the Group CEO in China.
