You will be responsible for Editorial leadership of an exciting new China-focused independent news and features agency in Beijing, China, managing a network of content editors working on both newly created and well-established content and broadcast-ready programming, diversified to suit channel media buyers’ needs worldwide. You will be responsible for both guiding television production teams and establishing and leading interim teams, so you must be and experienced people manager, a strong communicator, and ready to hit the ground running.You will be leading content creation across departments to ensure all content fits within the overall company brand strategy. You will be responsible for creatively managing a number of news and feature genres including business, culture, tourism, technology, policy, society and sport.Essential skills:- English native speaker, If Non native with excellent Oral English and rich experience will be acceptable as well- Related major in television programming, digital development and publishing- Fluent in editorial workflows, excellent coordination skills- Related experience in social media networks will be an advantage for youYou will be responsible for assisting editorially in the development our international online media archive, providing a community of interested media buyers with video, audio, image and print media assets to drive revenue growth. The salary is 10000-12000RMB for inexperienced one, more than 15000RMB for experienced one. Working visa will be processed. Other bonuses including accommodation or yearly bonus will be negotiable during the interviews.We offer online interview to teachers as well as face to face interview.
