Work in second and lower cities center in china,near great natural views

Hello,Mcgill international was created by a European tourist/teacher and a chinese tourist/teacher who met in china a few years ago.. The original idear of creating this company is to provide foreign tourist and teacher a chance to work and experience chinese culture in china,meanwhile,change chinese children s test english into real english,change the idea of english for test into english for communication and share.But now we meet another problem.Right now the popularity rate of english in china is one of the lowest in the world,expecially in second and lower cities.Most of English teachers are gathering in the biggest cities like shanghai ,beijing,guangzhou with high pay .That means students and schools in other cities can not get enough english teachers even they pay as much they can .We hope ESL teachers and tourists like u who can speak good english can consider about other cities in china.Cauz these cities are real chinese cities with great views .You can definetely get a different experiences by working in these cities .And what are these cities:second or third cities ,can be by the coastline ,or in the middle/middle north of china.In these cities,you will be working in the city center ,but also near the nature with great view .And how much is the pay?Usually in shanghai shenzhen u can get 15000+ pay with high expenses,in these cities,u can get 8000-10000 (it s middle class incomes in china ,and enough to support ur life and travel in china).Here r some example cities and great pics link,please check:
