An excellent opportunity has opened up requiring one Western and one Asian customer manager who can speak both English and Mandarin.The applicants role will be to liaise with hotel guests and hotel management and helping to co-ordinate with hotel employees to ensure that guests have an excellent experience. The applicant must be charming and charismatic and be able to present the hotel in a positive light, attracting new guests and acting as an ambassador to the hotel.The salary is 15000RMB-20000RMB per month. Working hours will be between 9am-10pm spread across two shifts a day. A working visa is provided. Accommodation will not be provided, however, a housing allowance will be granted.Applicants must have experience in the hotel industry, preferably having had experience in a global 5 star hotel, golf club or club house.PS:the candidates should has five years experience in international hotel and can speak chinese .

Salary: 15000-20000RMB /Month
Accommodation: housing allowance will be granted.
Contract term: 1-year
