A+ Global offers Chinese students a nine month foundation course in English which gets them up to the entry level for British Universities.
Our programme is looking for teachers for the 2011/2012 academic year in the following subjects: Academic English (including IELTS), and Mathematics and Statistics.
We are looking for experienced and motivated teachers, who based on experience, will be offered an hourly rate of RMB 250-300 p/h.
Classes start the week beginning 10th October 2011. The timetable runs Monday – Friday: 9:30 – 12:30 and 1:30 – 5:30. Specific class times are flexible to a teacher’s availability.

– Academic English (IELTS) – 9 h/pw.
– Mathematics and Statistics – 4 h/pw.

For all teaching positions we are looking for the following criteria:
– qualified teacher
– experience teaching subject
– experience teaching young adults (Chinese preferable)
– experience teaching A’ level students very desirable
– ability to plan your own lessons from our curriculum guidelines
– other tasks will include: setting and marking assessments and exams, completing student performance reports and regularly discussing student progress and any problems with Student Tutors
– teachers must be conscientious, reliable and able to work independently
